The Echovate assessment was given to hundreds of Keyes team members. Additionally, they obtained several performance metrics for each individual.
After the data was collected, our science team at the University at Albany, State University of New York (UAlbany) examined the extent to which the core attributes of the Echovate assessment could predict the performance of their real estate agents.
Our results showed statistically significant and meaningful validity coefficients for seven of the ten Echovate scales. The Leadership, Results-Oriented, Perseverance, and Competitive scales displayed the strongest relationships with performance.
